Beyond...

Participants are onboarded with a welcome email and invitation to short 45min introduction and orientation workshop.

Program delivered in bi-weekly alternating 2hr learning workshops and 2hr practice & supervision.

Participants complete post-program survey to reflect on the learning and their new qualification. Thinking of ways they have grown and adapted their leadership style and how they will continue to nurture healthy and happy people in their teams.

On-going 121 leadership development coaching and group supervision is encouraged to super-charge your return on investment and galvanise the deployment of coaching in the business.
